GreenFlow Solutions is a St. Louis trenchless sewer rehabilitation contractor serving MSD, area municipalities, and private property owners with no-dig pipe lining, pipe bursting, slip lining, and manhole rehabilitation. We're a division of Kuesel, our parent company — a Missouri family-owned heavy civil contractor founded in 1952.
Our History
GreenFlow Solutions was built to bring modern trenchless sewer rehabilitation methods to the St. Louis metro — backed by the infrastructure, equipment, and crews of our parent company, Kuesel, founded in 1952. That heritage means every GreenFlow project carries decades of underground utility experience and a culture where employees are treated like family.
Today GreenFlow handles the no-dig work — CIPP lining, pipe bursting, slip lining, manhole rehab, hydrovac, and camera inspection — for MSD, municipalities, contractors, and property owners across Missouri and Illinois.

Modern Equipment & Technology
Our late-model fleet runs GPS-guided machine control. We use HCSS for estimating, project management, and field reporting — giving clients tighter schedules, cleaner data, and more predictable outcomes.
Headquartered in O'Fallon, MO
From our O'Fallon yard, GreenFlow crews mobilize across the St. Louis metro and the broader Midwest. We're proud members of the SITE Improvement Association and the Associated General Contractors of America.
